Friday, August 2nd

• 5:00pm-9:00pm Kick-off Social: Fairfield, Victoria (see bulletin for details) Host: Nidan David DaSilva, attendees are encouraged to bring a dish and/or beverage to share; limited refreshments will be provided. 
   

Saturday, August 3rd

• 9 am: Dojo Set up

• 10 am - 12:00 pm: Seminar 1

• 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch (an assortment of sandwiches & vegetable/fruit platter, and beverages will be provided by Wado Canada)

• 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Seminar 2

• 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Break

• 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Seminar 3

Sunday, August 4th

• 9 am - 11 am: Seminar 4

• 11 am - 11:30 am: Break

• 11:30 am - 1 pm: Seminar 5

• 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Lunch (an assortment of sandwiches & vegetable/fruit platter, and beverages will be provided by Wado Canada)

• 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Seminar 6

• 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Wrap up/Dojo Clean up

• 11 am - 1 pm: Picnic Lunch (Any leftovers from lunch offerings will be provided; attendees are encouraged to bring food/beverages)
